Corporate Plus® Member companies are considered the elite of minority business enterprises in the U.S. and ready to be national strategic sourcing partners to major corporations. Fewer than 100 of approximately 16,000 NMSDC certified MBEs have achieved this status.
Corporate Plus in a national membership program designed to recognize minority businesses certified with a National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) affiliate that has the capability to do business on a national level, have a proven track record of performance on national contracts and can provide top quality products and services. To gain access into the program, a minority business must be nominated by a National Corporate member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council. In addition to the Corporate Plus status, these companies have been recognized as industry leaders, mentors and have contributed to the growth and economic development of other minority business by establishing their own internal minority business development programs.
