PC Specialists, Inc., dba Technology Integration Group and its affiliates, Itex, Inc., Itex Managed Print, Inc., and TIG Shanghai Limited (collectively, “TIG,” “we,” or “us”) want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information.   • J. Education information subject to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act; and
  • K. Inferences drawn from any of the Personal Information listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual’s preferences and characteristics.

Collection of Personal Information

We and our service providers collect Personal Information in a variety of ways, including:

  •  Through the Services.
  • - We collect Personal Information through the Services, for example, when you register an account to access the Services, visit our offices, attend one of our events, fill out a contact form on our Website, subscribe to updates, contact us over the phone, contact customer service, provide transaction information (e.g., placing an order) or request a demonstration of our offerings.
  • From Other Sources.
  • - We receive your Personal Information from other sources, for example:
  • o publicly available databases;
  • o joint marketing partners, when they share the information with us;
