San Diego, CA—Technology Integration Group (TIG) has announced the acquisition of Pensacola, FL based computer systems integrator WAVEnet Technologies, Inc.  Founded in 1998, WAVEnet is the leading provider of IT solutions in the gulf coast region and has offices located in Pensacola, FL, Fort Walton Beach, FL, and Mobile, AL. As part of the acquisition, all WAVEnet employees will be joining TIG including company principals Michael Catanese and Nigel Los.

Both TIG and WAVEnet offer customers a suite of products and services such as networking, virtualization and remote backup, as well as certifications and strong relationships with key vendors. The seller was represented by Steve Pomeroy, managing member and founder of SEP Consulting, LLC.
