Technology Integration Group Completes Acquisition of Two Canadian-Based Solutions Companies
Delivering Top Level Enterprise and Managed Print Solutions in North America


San Diego – November 3, 2015 – Furthering its goal of bringing innovative IT software and solutions to customers worldwide, Technology Integration Group (TIG), is pleased to announce today the successful integration of two Canadian-based solutions providers.

Expanding TIG’s global portfolio, Ottawa based, Itex Enterprise Solutions has specific expertise in the areas of virtualization, WAN acceleration, disaster recovery, business continuity, and branch office and datacenter consolidation.  Headquartered in Toronto, ShareNet Inc. is Canada’s leading provider of managed print solutions based on the HP and Canon platforms.  
 
Itex and ShareNet have solid industry presence and will create significant value for their combined customer base beyond their respective offerings.  The Canadian operations will be led by Paul Cooper, President of Technology Integration Group Canada.  Executives from both companies will remain in senior leadership roles.
