Message from our CEO:

On behalf of the entire TIG team, I want to express our deepest hope that each of you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We are all living through unparalleled times with the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, which is evolving and creates significant burden on all of us – how we work, socialize, and live. At TIG, we are very conscious of the gravity of the Coronavirus, and first and foremost, our thoughts are with those who have been directly touched by this virus.

It is our priority to consider all risks impacting your organization. We have been carefully monitoring the situation, and I wanted to share what we're doing to keep our teams safe, while maintaining business continuity so that we can fully support all our customers during this time. I appreciate your business, and together, we will do our part with critical technology to address the enormous challenges organizations are facing as employees are increasingly working from home.

As CEO, I can assure you that TIG’s business is fully operational, and our Business Continuity Strategy leverages industry-best practices and standards to safeguard a stable and strong operational structure during this period. Each critical business function – including IT services, customer support, logistics centers, and TIG Managed Services – is responsible for contributing to our success in this plan. These teams are meeting daily to address any circumstances that arise due to the coronavirus situation. As things develop, we may encounter some supply and logistics challenges, but we will continually communicate to meet delivery schedules. Even as a majority of our teams are working remotely, TIG is always at your service.

As an extension of your team, your priorities are our priorities. We are ready and eager to help navigate your initiatives in these uncertain times and provide guidance around alternative solutions to enable and seamlessly transition your current critical efforts. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to understand how our team, experience and solutions can help.

Sincerely,
Bruce A. Geier
